  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

  • 1/4 cup vegan sour cream (optional)

Preparing the Tofu:

  1. After draining and pressing the tofu to remove excess moisture, crumble it into bite-sized pieces.

  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add the crumbled tofu.

  3. Add soy sauce, smoked paprika, ground cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.

  4. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tofu is browned and slightly crispy.

Assembling the Burritos:

  1. Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable.
