- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the broiler to high and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, honey, olive oil, garlic, parsley, dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spread the mustard glaze evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
- Broil for 8-10 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and the glaze is golden and bubbly.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges and a sprinkle of fresh herbs.
