- 1 ½ cups pan-seared chicken (or leftover cooked chicken)
- 1 head romaine lettuce (chopped, about 2 cups)
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup bread crumbs, crumbled
- ⅓ cup Caesar dressing
- 3 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil (optional)
- 3–4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine sliced cooked chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and ground black pepper. Toss with Caesar dressing until evenly mixed.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add ¼ tsp olive oil (optional). Toast a tortilla in the skillet until crispy, flipping as needed.
- Lay out the crispy tortilla, add ¼ of the chicken Caesar mixture, and roll it up burrito-style. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
