2 cooked sausage patties, sliced

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

¼ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prepare Eggs: In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat, add a bit of oil or butter, and scramble the eggs until they’re just set. Remove from heat.

Assemble Pizzas: Place the naan breads on a baking sheet. Evenly distribute the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses over each naan. Top with scrambled eggs, sliced sausage, and bell peppers. Add a sprinkle of additional cheese on top if desired.

Bake: Place the assembled pizzas in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the naan are golden brown.
